U.S. antisemitism envoy Rabbi Yehuda Kaploun confirmed that foreign nationals accused of promoting antisemitism won't be allowed to attend the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Visitors linked to the Amsterdam attacks on Maccabi Tel Aviv fans are already on the radar. The World Cup comes to the U.S., Mexico, and Canada next summer, and for the first time, the guest list is political. Let me guess: Criticizing Israel for the West Bank massacre, for example, bans you from watching the World Cup, too? 🤔

@boudewijnsteur @Karl_Drabbe Ere wie ere toekomt: de broers Youra en Alexandre Livchitz en Jean Franklemon, studenten geneeskunde. Franklemon overleefde de oorlog maar de broers Livchitz werden in februari 1944 gefusilleerd op de Nationale Schietbaan in Schaarbeek (Brussel). Hun graf kan u daar bezoeken.

Op deze dag in 1943 werd een jodentransport uit Mechelen naar Auschwitz tegengehouden door drie jonge verzetslieden. Hierdoor kon een aantal gedeporteerden ontsnappen. Nergens in Europa werd er tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog een dergelijke bevrijdingsactie uitgevoerd

It is absolute madness in Iran. The ceasefire has made the surviving regime rabid and intoxicated. These parades reportedly happen all the time, including nighttime where they will scream islamic chants and intimidate normal Iranians trying to sleep. If anyone complains, or even speaks to other people, the regime will arbitrarily arrest them on invented charges. Do not abandon Iran, President Trump. Do not forget your initial promise was to help the people, not impose a nuclear deal.
