Felt good on the run today. Beat last weeks 3 miles by 4 minutes!

Had a "little" gin after work, then ran to the station playing my 'exercise bike playlist' instead of 'running playlist'. Ran 2 minutes faster than usual. 🥵

Glad to see my baseline heart rate is settling down. I had a cold over Christmas and couldn't exercise. Now I've been managing to run 4-5 times a week.

Lovely day for a 3 mile run. Furthest I've ran for about 2 months due to life and flu getting in the way. This year I aim to get back to sub 30!

Started with a cold before Christmas and still can't so much as stand up without having a coughing fit, so haven't been running for a while. Managed half hour on the exercise bike yesterday. Hoping a bit of exercise will open up the lungs ready for when I can hit the road again.
