I went to @Target yesterday to see if they had my new book and I ended up signing the copy they had. I wrote a quick note and left it on the shelf. Today, the kid who bought it (and their mom) sent me a picture of it and it was such a pleasant surprise! This is all SO cool! 🎉

Say whatever you want about @DOEChancellor and his performance, but stop being angry because as a Mexican-American chancellor he dared to speak openly and loudly about THE obvious injustice in the NYC school system. He just made a lot of people uncomfortable.
