@sexocigarros Ye it doesn't pass the sniff test if someone stops to think what this ACTUALLY can be but even though boss rush was fresh in my mind having checked discord I had a few seconds wondering if they where updating the actual ingame boss feature somehow before realizing 😔

@MikeButNoIke How would u know they cant match FS quality if you haven't tried them tho? I can't vouch for the other ones but if you started Lies of P after some1 said it was a new FS title you probably wouldn't realize the lie (rimshot). If diff builds are your fav thing its a bad match tho..

We wasn’t going to get another huge single player game shortly after we got a DLC big enough to be its own game, for a game that is already large. While I understand wanting the next SP game soon, we had a multiple year gap in between both DS3 to Sekiro and Sekiro to Elden Ring.

@TipsiPigeon @Liesofp Boss rush was fresh in my mind seeing ppl discuss it yesterday & I STILL 1st thought this ad was teasing that theyre adding some kinda new boss variants/ updating the ingame feature since it looks just like how other accs hypes up actual News. Maybe you dont follow other IPs...

@SHINGGG @Liesofp I mean to be fair it’s a very hard thing to mistake for something else. Even forgetting the prior event, there is NOTHING here that clues toward a sequel, DLC, or anything else besides “boss event”, because that’s what it says, in words, on screen.

@SHINGGG @Liesofp Brother I went out of my way to screenshot the original Twitter post too. It was NOT just talked about on Discord. I was also not being rude. I seriously do not understand how hundreds of people got “sequel” or other variety of news from “boss event”.

@TipsiPigeon @Liesofp A clear "boss rush" post from 2 month ago is not anything one remembers, taking it into account though; since this new ad looks nothing like the old post it also makes one reason it must hint at Something Else 👀 "Everyone" misunderstanding means it's a failure on LoPs accs end.
