@Siemens Bought in Mumbai ,front load Washing Machine..its under warranty. Called ur service centre,a technician came on 14Feb n said some parts to be changed,until now no news from him. Not even a year passed n ur machine giving trouble.

@SiemensIndia I have requested customer care to send a technician as our dishwasher failed 3 days ago, but still no attendance. Three calls were made, and every time it was said the service team will attend in 24 hours; now it is 72 hours and still nothing.disappointing service

@SL_IN_Support Service Order 6170257543 raised on 30 Sept 2025 for faulty compressor (under 10-yr warranty). No update from Siemens even after 7+ days. ASM says part unavailable, offering discounted model. We expect free replacement as per warranty terms.

@Siemens your ops in India in the home appliances sector are a complete farce. Your website is most customer unfriendly & one has to give unnecessary details for a service request. Even calls to the helpline doesn’t work as there’s no service 72 hours after the call. Shameful.
