trying to get through to @AirNZ in both Australia and NZ to change flights....on the phone for literally 90 mins after flight was delayed for 2 hours then cancelled. Really need someone to pick up the phone!!

Possibly unpopular opinion: Please stop using “QA” to describe a person/role. Why? Because it reinforces misattribution of responsibility of quality (or lack thereof) to tester’s. "Tester” more accurately reflects the central focus and skillset of people doing this job.

Pragmatic approaches to context is agility, not rigidly following a framework, that’s the whole point! Well said @Milvio_D

@SMRobson#agility is not about dogmatically following an Agile framework a certain way but about contextualising and doing it your way aligned to agreed metrics. Metrics are less about what a number “should be” (stick) and more about how that figure “could be better” (carrot).
