It’s a very public case… I don’t depend on social media for information. Unlike SOME people… with everything I know he did not PLAN ahead of time to murder that boy…. That’s what 1st degree murder is… he planned to defend himself… that’s manslaughter at best… my point is that this jury came to a conclusion pretty damn fast…. Given conflicting witness statements… and other evidence presented… they shouldn’t have came to that conclusion that quick… not for first degree murder…. Maybe a lower murder charger but not 1st degree…
