During a traffic stop, a man is frisked and a female officer notices a concealed firearm strapped to the mans waist, on attempting to remove the firearm, she causes the weapon to discharge striking the man in the thigh, the female officer seems in shock and doesn't say anything to the man, however the Sergeant who's with her apologies several times.
