Russian Duma (parliament) has approved the permission for Putin to use Russia's armed forces in foreign countries to "protect Russians" who are under arrest abroad. It took Duma just several minutes to approve this. Over 3,000 Russians are currently under arrest in various countries. Many have received sentences for cyber fraud, smuggling, espionage and money laundering. So now, Russia would be able to invade a foreign country to "defend its citizens."
