This is my testimony—a story of brokenness, pain, and loss, but also one of hope, healing, and the incredible power of God’s love. Sharing this has not been easy, and it comes from a place of humility and deep reflection. I share this not to draw attention to myself, but to glorify God and offer hope to anyone who feels hopeless or beyond redemption. This testimony was recorded by my church in December 2023 and shown to our congregation. They gave me a copy, and I’ve held onto it for a year because I didn’t want to hurt anyone. But over time, I’ve realized that this isn’t just my story—it’s God’s story. It’s a story of His grace, redemption, and faithfulness, and I feel called to share it now, trusting that He will use it for His glory. Cindy’s passing left a deep void in our family, and the truth of her struggles is a part of this story. This isn’t about placing blame or reopening wounds, but about shining a light on how God can bring beauty from ashes. Her story and mine are intertwined, and through it all, God has been faithful. I share this testimony because I believe in the power of sharing what God has done in our lives, as Scripture calls us to do: • “They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.” (Revelation 12:11) • “Go home to your own people and tell them how much the Lord has done for you, and how he has had mercy on you.” (Mark 5:19) • “Let the redeemed of the Lord tell their story—those he redeemed from the hand of the foe.” (Psalm 107:2) This testimony is for anyone who has ever felt broken, hopeless, or lost. It’s a story of how God’s grace is bigger than our pain and deeper than our failures. My prayer is that it will bring hope to someone who needs to know that healing and redemption are possible. One question, in love: Was there ever a time when Jesus was not God? John 1:1 — “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” Greek: ἦν — imperfect tense. Eternally was. Never not. John 1:3 — “apart from Him not even one thing came into being that has come into being.” He is not among created things. He is uncreated. John 8:58 — “Before Abraham was born, I AM.” Ἐγὼ εἰμί. The divine name. They picked up stones because they understood exactly what He claimed. Col 1:17 — “He is before all things.” Heb 13:8 — “the same yesterday and today and forever.” “It is finished.” Τετέλεσται. Paid in full. Jude 3 — “the faith once for all handed down.” ἅπαξ. Once. For all. Gal 1:8 — “even if an angel from heaven should preach another gospel, let him be accursed.” Don’t take my word. Don’t take any man’s word. Take His.

Jesus said "it is finished" and then died. His life was finished. His atoning sacrifice was finished. But that wasn't the end of His ministry. Three days later, He rose from the tomb. He taught, His apostles taught, Paul was called, Peter received revelations, an angel appeared to Cornelius. Much more scripture was written after Jesus had ascended to heaven. The idea that "it is finished" meant no more scripture or revelation is a misunderstanding. Gal 1:5 makes it clear that they were ALREADY turning to another Gospel. He was telling them to stop it. Unfortunately, as the apostles kept getting killed, they eventually stopped meeting together to ordain replacements. Over time the "falling away" predicted multiple places in the New Testament occurred. Greek philosophy was mixed in with scripture. Theology was decided by debates and arguments, not by prophets or revelation. Obviously Gal 1:8 does not mean no more angels preaching the Gospel, because that would contradict Rev 14:6 "And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people" God is all powerful, the same yesterday, today, and forever. Nothing in the Bible says it contains everything God has ever said or will ever say to mankind. Jesus' ministry is not finished! He will return and reign on Earth in peace. Before then, He will gather the remnant of Israel and the Gospel will be preached in all the world. As part of this gathering, Jesus has reestablished His original Chuch on Earth again. With living apostles, prophets, pastors teachers, etc as stated in Ephesians 4:11. A tool for this gathering is the Book of Mormon. Some dismiss it without actually reading it. TEXAS SENATE RACE: Democrat pastors like James Talarico (CIS) and Bishop Yvette Flunder believe the New Testament is not the word of God and call for a “Third Testament” to address “problematic” and “bad theology” in the existing scriptures.

Corinthians 15:1-4 (NASB) — “Now I make known to you, brethren, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received, in which also you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures.” That’s it. That’s the gospel. Christ died for our sins. He was buried. He rose on the third day. According to the Scriptures. Paul said in Galatians 1:8-9 — if anyone, even an angel from heaven, preaches a different one, let him be accursed. Nothing to add. Nothing to restore. Nothing finished halfway. I just want to leave you with something I couldn’t get away from: If Jesus truly said, “It is finished,” and if salvation is by grace through faith—not of works—then what would it mean if someone later came with additional requirements, additional authority, or a different path? Paul wrote this in Galatians 1:8: “Even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed.” That’s a strong warning. Not about small differences—but about a different gospel. So the question I had to wrestle with was this: If the gospel was already complete in Christ—fully revealed, fully accomplished—why would another message need to come later… especially through an angel? And if it did—how would I test whether it was truly from God? I’m not asking you to take my conclusion. Just to sit with that question before God and go back to Scripture with open eyes. Because if Jesus is exactly who He said He is—and if His work really is finished—then that changes everything. He met me when I finally stopped trying to add to what He had already done.

The problem is that she says she doesn't believe the Old or New Testament because they are "problematic" Rev 22:18-19 was written before the Bible was even a book. It just applies to the Revelation of John. Man should not make up stuff and declare it to be scripture. God, however, is not under that restriction. He can reveal more truth at any time. 🚨‼️ A bishop who says we need a “Third Testament” is disqualified before the sentence is even finished. First, the office of a bishop is not for a woman in the first place. Scripture says, “A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife” (1 Timothy 3:2). The problem is not the Bible. The problem is rebellious hearts that want a god made in their own image.

@heckyessica @DiggTT Yeah. It clarifies all the confusion about how to interpret the Bible and what true doctrine actually is. That's the point. Also, why can't god give us a 3rd testament, a 4th testament, and even a 5th or 6th? More witnesses to Christ is even better than just two.

@DiggTT I’ve had this debate. So I’m not inclined to do it again. And I adore Mormons. I’ve worked for 3 mormon owned companies (I do right now), and they are just such great people. I have no desire to again feel like I’m insulting what they (yall) believe.

I’m sick of lukewarm Christians and unbelievers twisting Scripture to justify cowardice. “Love your neighbor” and “love your enemies” does NOT mean affirming sin, excusing evil, or staying silent while people walk straight toward destruction. That’s not love, that’s apathy dressed up as virtue. Biblical love is bold. It tells the truth. It warns. It confronts. It cares more about someone’s eternal soul than their temporary comfort. Real love says: repent, turn to God, and receive the free gift of salvation, because hell is real and truth matters. The modern church has perverted love into tolerance. But love that refuses to speak truth is not love at all, it’s betrayal.

A Bishop Just Told the Church to Tear Up the Bible Bishop Yvette Flunder did not merely question a passage. She told the church, in plain words, that parts of God’s Word should be torn out. She said the New Testament is not the Word of God and both of the Testaments are “problematic.” She said they contain bad theology. Then she said, with a kind of smiling violence that should make every Christian shudder, that “we need to pull those pages out.” You can almost hear it. Thin paper tearing. A hand reaching for the Book that has outlived empires, buried tyrants, steadied martyrs at the stake and carried dying saints across the final river. That sound is more than rebellion against ink and paper. It is rebellion against the God who speaks. Paul wrote to Timothy with the urgency of a shepherd who could already smell smoke. “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils” (1 Timothy 4:1). That verse drags the lie into daylight and names its father. False teaching rarely enters a church wearing horns. It comes dressed for the platform. It borrows the language of care, progress, justice, scholarship, freedom. It smiles while it poisons. Paul says such teachers speak “lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron” (1 Timothy 4:2). A healthy conscience flinches before holy speech. A seared conscience can lay hands on Scripture and feel no fear. That is what makes Flunder’s words so chilling. She did not merely mishandle a difficult passage. She set herself above the canon, as though she held the editor’s pen. In that moment, she followed the serpent’s old path, shifting the issue away from what God has spoken and toward what fallen people will tolerate. Once a person claims the right to remove pages from Scripture, the center has already collapsed. The person becomes lord. The age becomes judge while the congregation becomes a crowd of spiritual orphans, left to make a home out of whatever scraps survive the cutting. Paul faced a different form of corruption in 1 Timothy 4. Some in Ephesus were forbidding marriage and outlawing foods God had made. At first glance, it sounds smaller than the madness of calling for a third testament. Yet the root is the same. False teachers always reach for authority that does not belong to them. They revise what God blessed and sneer at what God gave. They train people to distrust His wisdom. Paul answers with words that feel like oak beams in a burning house: “For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving” (1 Timothy 4:4). God’s gifts are good because God is good. God’s Word is pure because God is pure. The Christian life begins there, on the solid ground of received revelation. Scripture does not wait for our improvements. Christ does not need to be separated from the Book that bears faithful witness to Him. We kneel before the speaking God with gratitude, because without His Word we would be left stumbling through darkness with nothing but our own frightened instincts. “Refuse profane and old wives’ fables, and exercise thyself rather unto godliness” (1 Timothy 4:7). You can feel the grit of it. Holiness does not arrive like summer rain through an open window. Godliness is forged. It grows through truth believed, sin mortified, appetites governed and knees bent before the Lord in secret. False religion loves spectacle. Scripture calls the church to something steadier and far more costly. Give your life to it. “For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come” (1 Timothy 4:8). Flunder’s statements are not simply offensive. They are spiritually murderous. If the Bible can be cut apart, then the sinner loses the only trustworthy witness to Christ. The guilty man loses the words that tell him why his conscience will not let him sleep and the grieving widow loses the promises that have held generations together at fresh graves. Paul did not tell Timothy to answer error with innovation. He told him to anchor the church more deeply in the Word of God. “Till I come, give attendance to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine” (1 Timothy 4:13). Read the Scriptures in public. Explain them. Press them on the conscience. That is the path. Churches do not become holy through clever revisions and souls do not ripen under theological vandalism. The Word read, preached and applied is God’s appointed means. Through that Word He wounds pride, exposes lies, creates faith, feeds saints and keeps His people alive in a hostile world. And here is the blazing mercy of it all. The very Bible Flunder would tear apart is the Bible that tells ruined people where to find life. These pages bring us to Jesus Christ, the eternal Son, born of woman, obedient under the law, bearing wrath for sinners, shedding His blood under the judgment of God, then rising in victory on the third day. Scripture tells the truth about our sin with a surgeon’s steadiness, then opens before us the only fountain that can wash it away. Pull those pages out and you do not get a kinder faith. You get a bloodless religion that cannot save a single soul. So hold your Bible with fresh gratitude today. Read it with reverence. Hear it with trembling joy. And if you have spent your life resisting the Christ these Scriptures proclaim, come now while mercy still speaks. The Book she insults still offers pardon. The Savior she obscures still receives sinners. His hands were pierced for rebels, and His blood is mighty enough to cleanse even those who have raised their own hands against His Word.
