What’s people’s experience/views on a disc machine for saline areas of paddocks for cropping? Has anyone got a disc and saline area of paddocks and have u seen as improvement of germination and obviously yield?

@farmersgrowit I am using my phone as I sit in my truck. Signal doesn’t seem to be an issue. It would be better if u did use an iPad and I would prob make a magnetic adjustable bracket so u can put it and adjust it perfectly espically for barley when u hav to water level the truck.

@ScottStringer12 Great, just confirming you are using your phone screen to view the camera from within the pto tractor? , and the bin doesn’t interfere with signal.

Does anyone have experience on wireless cameras like this? Thinking of using to load truck via pto bin. … concerned about range ? #asktwitter

@ScottStringer12 No that not really relevant. I just kept adding holes to the riser until it handled the output. The holes are the indicator if the flow through the soil is rising falling or steady. It’s not a scientific measure but I know the more water that passes/year the better the yield
