I had no clue how #TheAcolyte could end everything in around 45 minutes, but WOW did that finale exceed (my already high) expectations in every way. This show has cemented itself as an integral part to the larger Star Wars story, and is nothing short of incredible. I LOVED IT!

So yes fiction can do whatever it wants it literally defined as “untrue”. Science fiction is literally called not true science.

@Scott_thefirst @bbcdoctorwho Again, no. Being "fiction" doesn't mean anything goes. A given work of fiction must still adhere to the rules it's set for it's respective universe. That's why you don't see Time Lords spontaneously changing into potted plants or water bottles.

Bit like how Big Finish, comics and novels are not really canon but then you find some that are to the show. I like to think The Doctors timeline is always in state of change, it’s more of a fun way of looking at it
