The #Altcoin Markets Are Firing, Your Portfolio Can 10X or More! It’s reality. The markets are changing, and the risk-on mode is completely on fire. This can be a great period for you, but it can also be very confusing, as markets are constantly changing, and volatility will go through the roof for the coming 12 months. Let’s discuss what’s next. Altcoins are extremely undervalued, why should you buy them? As you know, I’m fully exposed to the altcoin markets, and I’ve been for some time. That’s fine. It’s hard to time the actual low on the markets, and I don’t think you should be chasing that low; you should be chasing allocations. In my thesis, this is the final easy bull cycle to go for, where risk-on is the modus operandi. After this, I’m quite sure governments will step in to regulate everything and kill innovation, as they don’t want you to use decentralized blockchains. They don’t want you to live in a world where we enjoy stuff; no, they’d rather want you to use something they can control so they can become wealthy. That’s why making the best investment decisions at this point is essential. In my recent update, I’ve been talking about my altcoin portfolio and the allocations I’ve made; I’ve also answered some questions regarding a thesis that if your altcoin portfolio isn’t moving, what you should be doing: youtube.com/watch?v=2G4Uha… Why am I saying that you should be into altcoins, and why again? Well, most valuations are super undervalued, and many verticals are ready to fire off. You’ve got memes doing great, DePIN waking up, DeFi being the next big thing,, and then AI and RWA. The second thing is that most altcoins are still accumulating, making it relatively easy to step into those before they go parabolic, as that’s what altcoins are doing. Look at the recent movements of the Dino coins like XRP, XLM, and Layer 1’s like HBAR; they are going ballistic, and then you’re too late. Altcoins can erase 2-year losses in a week of upward momentum. That’s why you should be diving into coins that haven’t been moving at all. Aside from your emotional bias and appetite, these are the easiest to go for. Period. In my portfolio, I’ve allocated money to the DeFi projects, which I think will be the next big wave. However, how do I determine when I plan to sell? There are two essential charts you should be navigating through: against the USD and against the BTC valuation. Bitcoin has been going upwards to $93K and has punished all the altcoins against Bitcoin, which means that most of those altcoins are lagging and are printing new ATLs against Bitcoin. That being said, once Bitcoin consolidates, the rotation is happening. Especially when yields start to drop, that’s the moment that Ethereum and the remainder of the altcoin markets will surge. I don’t know whether that will be in November or December, but I do know that we’re pretty close. When do you want to step in? NOW. This is the moment to increase your risk appetite and go full-blown risk-on. If memes aren’t showing you what can happen with your positions, then I’m unsure what can. However, as I said, there are two charts to watch: - The USD charts are currently in a 150+ days consolidation for most of the coins, which is a substantial build-up for a breakout. - The BTC charts all print an ATL, which means that either Bitcoin is overvalued or altcoins are underperforming or undervalued. The latter. The second thing you can get out of the valuations of altcoins vs. Bitcoin is that the rotation is around the corner and that altcoins will go higher than you expected them to go. Way higher. As a reference, you should use the following rule of thumb: start selling when your altcoins hit the highs of March. That’s the first level of take profit. However, as we’re in the middle of a bull cycle and probably at the start of the bull market for altcoins, you’d like to be sitting on your hands as long as possible. However, once the altcoins start to go up, make sure to begin scaling off on those profits and scale those back into safer positions such as Solana, Bitcoin, and Ethereum, as altcoins can die quite fastly, too, hence why the rotation back into safe assets is a must. Secondly, the volatility will increase. Your critical job is to erase social media and to be patient. Your altcoins will be swinging by 50% in a week, up and down. Focus on the long-term plan and the take profits from March highs. That should be your key focus. If the risk-on appetite changes with Bitcoin peaking, that’s the moment to scale off towards stable coins or less towards your altcoins, not based on the fact that social media will flip sentiment in the blink of an eye. Now is the time to make the most of it; make sure you do that. If you’ve been scaling off during the runs upwards, make sure to use those 40-70% dips to buy back into the markets. Through that, you’ll compound your returns. Hit like if you enjoy those long reads!
