@harshmangalam_ Hey Harsh, that is odd. I'm seeing that you have a Twilio account, but there is no SendGrid data associated. Can you try to log in at twilio.com, instead of sendgrid.com There's a switcher option at the top right that'll allow you to select SendGrid.

I remain adrift at sea with only phish to feed me and no hope in sight from being saved by @twilio @SendGridSupport with help in their mass compromise sending "SendGrid" phish through their system. AKA how to destroy dedicated and shared IP sending reputation.

making an account over at @SendGridSupport has been the worst mistake i've ever made. I keep getting scam and phishing emails. And i can't even delete my account either. So i have to check each and every one of them if i didn't ACTUALLY get hacked. Mental load is high :(

@KevinPicchi Sorry to hear you're receiving impersonating emails using our brand. I can confirm that our Teams located a bad actor and shut down the account. While separate actors may attempt to impersonate our brand, we do recommend reporting these incidents by emailing abuse@sendgrid.com

@SendGridSupport I have reported MULTIPLE instances to abuse with no reply and no action. This is WIDESPREAD activity on the SendGrid platform. These are not spam, they are phishing email using compromised accounts.

Hey @twilio & @SendGridSupport Are you going to do something about the BARRAGE of phishing emails coming through your compromised accounts or just let end users keep trying to "guess correctly" to not get phished. I get about 4-6 of these a week

@SendGridSupport I try to update a trail account to a paid account. All checks are green only sending the verification email is failing. I do receive the email but when clicking the link I get the message: Account Email Address Confirmation Failed

@chacon Sorry for the troubles. All you need to do is visit support.sendgrid.com and click on "troubles logging in". From there select "I'm having a different log-in issue". That'll take you to a form to fill out so our teams can further review.
