@SimbaSleep hi, we purchased a simba hybrid pro through Very late last year and we are really not sleeping well on it. We have followed all of the instructions regarding turning etc but it is just way too soft for us. Can you help us return under the 200 night trail please

@SimbaSleep twice I requested return of mattress. Sent all photos as requested. Was told I’d be contacted by returns team within 2 days and despite chasing twice, one week later nobody has bothered to contact me. Very poor service from Simba and given support plenty chances…

The slat spacing is part of our guarantee because wider gaps can affect how the mattress wears over time, but a dip after 5 months is still frustrating and John Lewis should be looking into this.

@Ally70916219792 @JohnLewisRetail We are ever so sorry to hear you are having issues with your Simba Mattress purchased via our retailer. Our T&C's do say that the mattresses must be on a suitable bed base, if slatted these cannot be more than 3 inches apart.
