Execution mode defaults are not neutral. Best-effort, strict, and confirm-first behave differently under congestion. Share the mode you want as the default and the risk you’re optimizing for.

Integrated dynamic compute budgeting + priority fee selection inside bounded ranges. Static fees produced either dropped transactions or unnecessary fee spend during congestion. Limitation: fee bounds must be set per desk; wrong bounds still fail.

Automation without explicit constraints is just outsourced discretion. Policies need to be evaluated, logged, and replayable.

Shipped a constraint evaluation record attached to each accepted/rejected intent. Without an explicit record, portal-side audit trails degrade into log scraping. Constraint: policy changes must be versioned to keep records interpretable.

Solana throughput does not fix “last mile” execution. The bottleneck is usually: intent capture → risk checks → signing → submission → confirmation reporting.

Strong opinion: “one-click trade” is a liability without a policy object. Slippage ceilings, route allowlists, and exposure limits should be first-class. Post your minimal policy schema for discretionary execution.

Implemented intent normalization into a fixed internal schema with explicit constraints. Without normalization, two portal UIs produced non-equivalent “same trade” requests. Constraint: tighter schema reduces free-form expressiveness by design.

Added intent-level idempotency keys to the orchestration layer. Without it, blockhash refresh + resubmission can double-execute under partial confirmation. Downside: stricter deterministic tx construction across retries.

Strong opinion: signing authority is not the automation boundary. Policy scope is. If you run automated execution on Solana, describe the minimum permission model you consider acceptable.

Direction: Standardize how portals embed Solana monitoring + automation. Keep permissions explicit. Keep behavior replayable. Keep execution debuggable under stress. Follow for the integration surface and the agent mechanics.

Current status: Internal agent runtime is live. Transaction pipeline and portal embedding prototype are running. Validation focus: guardrails, observability, approval controls, audit-quality logs. Constrained surface area over broad feature coverage.
