So, it’s not about preferences because I also have mine. The larger issue is the cavalier attitude of not knowing sh!t. To refer to a pioneer in the game as “Lil light-skin Nigga” is disrespectful. To quote @djEFN, “It’s cool not to know; it’s not cool to not want to know.”

NFL owners are aware of the optics. Again, they don’t care about being racist. They care about looking racist. Flores was hired because they can’t keep banishing black men who stand up to them. This also why every black coach needs to join Flores’ lawsuit. Embarrass the owners.
