Misogyny = Sexism intended for the benefit of men and/or the detriment of women Male rape victims not being taken seriously is largely from the "He enjoyed it" belief, which is rooted in male centrism.

@GamingGdxh @jiaxiichun Safe bet is to always check skill usage order, since you ARE right, just not for solos. You can pile up skills onto a unit to avoid clashing them in normal runs, I do it all the time in RR to avoid clashing with pecca EGOs

@AWholeAmerican I am. The constitution can be amended, but certain things about it cannot be changed legally, such as changing separation of powers. No change to the constitution could make genocide legal, either, since that's an international crime.

@SlothInMirror I don't think you're familiar with how our Constitution works.

@AWholeAmerican An amendment cannot make genocide legal in the US for one, and for another, you'd need to change how our government works at such a fundamental level that you couldn't do it without breaking numerous constitutional laws

@SlothInMirror No they can do Nazi stuff if through legalized channels . If you could pass an amendment it's all legal.

@TMLKAKRT @Cherry43212 It's not loopholes, it's literally just the definition of those terms. Misandry is not defined as "Bad thing happening to men", it's an aversion towards men. Same with Misogyny, just the inverse. It's not the effect which defines something as misogynistic, it's the intention.

Sexism benefits nobody, but you should at least know what things like Misogyny and Misandry actually are before you attempt to criticize one or the other. Both are real, both are bad, both manifest differently.

@TMLKAKRT @Cherry43212 As I said earlier, misandry is not just "Bad thing happening to men" Misogyny can be a detriment to men, just as there are features to it which, in some ways, technically benefit women (IE, no women in the army, something inarguably misogynistic, does shield women from war)

@Cherry43212 Usually, that view is from a mix of the whole "Men are stronger, so he obviously allowed it" viewpoint (Misogynistic), and a lack of understanding about rape Misandry and Misogyny also harm the sexes they are meant to have preference towards. They don't only harm the other.

@Cherry43212 Misogyny is not "Bad thing happening to women", nor is Misandry "Bad thing happening to men". They're the conscious or unconscious preference to one sex and aversion to the other. "Male rape victims like it" is usually not a point taken from the aversion to men.
