😍The final conference is over. Thank you all for this wonderful experience!

📝To draw some reflections on the path taken and on the possible future, a section is taking place which includes discussions between some Mayors of the Pilot Areas and the World of Research and Technology, but also listening to the Youth Council

The9️⃣pilot actions carried out in the territories were presented. Each responded to a local need, but can be replicated globally. The SmartAlps.eu platform, an interactive tool for connecting #SmartCommunities, was also presented

🔚The final conference is taking place in the historic Kaufhaus in #Freiburg. This workshop concludes 3 years of work, which involved stakeholders from all the partner regions to imagine #innovativesolutions to make mountain and rural communities increasingly #SMART

📌The project steering committee begins at the headquarters of the Verband Region Südlicher Oberrhein, in #Freiburg: the project closure procedures are explored in depth

😍With the Mayor of #Elzach we visited a wood-fired district heating plant: it is managed as a cooperative and serves 500 homes

😍With the Mayor of #Winden we visited the route they created with the collaboration of the schools: a #digitalforesttrail with panels equipped with qrcode

🔛The two-day meeting of the SmartCommUnity project and final conference has begun. The partners met in #Elzach, Baden-Württemberg. The morning is entirely dedicated to study visit to the Local Test Areas of Elzach and #Winden
