Again unless you have committed a crime if you do not live in a stop and identify state police can not ask you for ID as it violates the 4th amendment right to be secure in your papers, person and effects and your 5th amendment right to not incriminate yourself by providing evidence that can and likely will be used against you. Each time a cop asks you for ID they enter it into an incident in the National data base. NCIC. It goes on your permanent record and can be inappropriately misconstrued. Voluntary submissions with the idea that you haven’t done anything is ignorant as it could place you in proximity to known crime or other criminals unknown to you leading to frivolous investigations and in cases has led to inappropriate conviction including murder. Stop complying. Police target criminals and they are generally not your buddy if they are asking for ID or approaching you in conversation. They are fishing! Any good lawyer will advise you to never talk to police and police resent that and that distrust often overlaps with law abiding victims. That is why we have a bill of rights!

It’s troll style taxation. I agree it’s a futile argument and another proof that we no longer follow the constitution or honor common law or invaluable rights. Citizens are not free. Neither is the idea that “No one is above the law” as long as governments and their agents have qualified immunity or absolute immunity that is mislabeled as a protection for taxpayer’s interests as it is the taxpayer citizen who are subject to being stripped of their right to redress by the inequity that these laws only apply to the citizens it was iterated to protect. Governments and their agents were never supposed to be given these special rights codified in our constitution only intended for its citizens to protect them from the powerful government and their army or agents (public servants). That is why we see the erosion, corruption and graft of government infringements and a dual application of the law!

Why should any man or government be able to tell another human being they can or can’t travel as long as they are not infringing on others? Not just because there is a propensity they “might or could” violate public safety! That is punishment without a crime. Licenses, statutes, fines and traffic law is actually a violation of 4th amendment rights to be secure in your person, papers and property with the implied and often unjustified excuse of public safety. That is a real argument that the corporate Justice system denies in exchange for revenue!

Sovereign “citizens” are not free! It denies inalienable rights! The Constitution doesn’t give us rights we already have! It only codifies them and the Supreme Court violates them anyway due to corporatized interpretations since the late 1800’s. Rights that we were already in possession of until the legislation imposes on them!

You should put that in perspective! Maybe your precepts are completely wrong? You need to investigate your beliefs and base them on factual scientific analysis. You need to understand reality and base it known information. Statistics and the simple laws of entropy will deliver you the actual quantitative data you need to prove beyond any doubt that intelligent design is necessary for the reality in which you find your almost infinitely impossible hard reality of your current existence as a biological and sentient state. It is a simple mathematical proof that can not be explained by even infinite time. You can call it whatever you like, but the literature and the science points to God. My belief is not founded in religion or the “testimonials” of scriptural contexts. You need someone to enlighten your disinformation foundational belief system and understand that your beliefs are based in suppression of very powerful ideas that limit you as a living person being manipulated by controlling ideology for your compliance. My beliefs based in fact actually free my person to the power of choice. Not dogma.
