@GMB If a fly tipper is caughtm they ahouls be made to provide transport (including the fuel) to transport the waste to an approved location, then the vehicle should be crushed.

@GMB Richard Madely should remember sheets and blankets, you didn't wash blankets every week. use sheets on the bed, and the duvet instead of the blankets, just wash the sheets, duvet can be washed occasionally, isn't a coverless duvet just a quilt ?
