For the first time, we witness Frieren unleashing more than her basic attack spells, as she faces a grave challenge in the final floor of the dungeon : a literal mirror image of herself. The animation captures the beauty and the power of her two ultimate spells, Jüdrajil’m, the thunder of destruction, and Wohlzanvel, the hellfire. She has never resorted to these spells before, perhaps because it's overkill. The cuts in this battle are remarkable. I love how Fern rolls forward, seeking an opportunity for a covert attack. She's very stealthy.
