@SplitHis @prasitlumkum Inside PL-SVC, you will not find any branches. It is as if you have cannulated the Vein of Marshall. There are no CS branches there. To find the CS branches for LV lead placement you have to make an acute curve from PL-SVC to get to proper CS. Better to go from the R side.
