We are far from perfect, but to leave the impact we are here to make, we must listen, iterate, and improve. Every single day. Kaizen. Two crucial pieces of building in web3 are: - Being transparent and communicative with the community about all info that is able to be shared - Properly setting & managing expectations around releases and the general vision of the company Feedback, negativity and concerns are not FUD, it’s simply a sign of passionate community members who want to see you succeed, with lessons within the feedback. You want people who care. We know we are on the verge of reaching new levels in our ecosystem, powered by a special community words don't do justice in describing, so we will be better implementing these principles immediately. Our Stacker community is the heart of everything we do, so we need to do a better job at showing this, not just words. And we will. We have multiple plans this year to tangibly highlight this. We hear you, and we’re committed to improving. Going forward: - no premature info or teasers before things are ready - all criticism and honest feedback carefully evaluated with the core team and StackCouncil - neutral language about releases to better focus on the delivery and results - revised fee structures, a stronger approach to education and more clarity - proper community building structures to allow more stackers to get involved and help shape SS into what you, as the community, want to see. often times you may know better or may be able to contribute in ways the team cannot We understand this can't change the past, but it can help shape a better, healthier future. Changes are being made, and will be seen. We only ask for a bit of time and patience as we improve things going forward.
