@ZooMechanist I also share Excel sheets from OneDrive with the “anyone with the link can access” option. I don't know if this is a problem, but I create the OneNote notebooks and save them to my OneDrive, so I am the owner and not the students to be sure I don't lose them when they graduate

@ZooMechanist I've been using OneNote as our scientific notebooks. It saves to OneDrive so students can prep experiments on their computers and then take pictures with their phones. It is also good for showing calculations and linking to someone else's experiment.

Does anyone out there have experience using OneDrive as a place to save and sync research notes/data? Any tips or resources for best practices? I am aware that other solutions like LabArchives would be ideal, but I just don't have money to buy it.

Yesterday SPaRC, CFR and Financial Services got together for our 2nd annual Grants Team Retreat. We had a full day of collaboration, problem-solving, reflection, celebration, exploration, and recharging. We were treated to quick tours of some lab facilities in the afternoon.
