I'm looking for a spare @lenovo part but their website said it is out of stock.I wanted to ask when it might be back. After eventually finding a way through the bots, found a real person. Who wouldn't talk to me unless I gave them my full address and details. WTF is this idiocy.

@CadentGasLtd I asked at the co-ordination point and just got a generic response, could be tonight, or any time over weekend, so yet more waiting/false hope. So please take this just as feedback. I realise this is a difficult situation on both sides.

@CadentGasLtd Totally understand limited engineers etc, but we're also asked to make sure someone is in/key avail. Life on hold. Lack of info on expectations and engineers moving on to new zones without seemingly completing a first pass of one zone doesn't help.

Gas off this morning, 7-8 Cadent vans and trucks in the village and @CadentGasLtd site still says "Currently there are no incidents within our gas distribution networks"... 🤔. Yeah right.

@CadentGasLtd Right, but if your website references emails, then they should work...

@CadentGasLtd Also the email address on cadentgas.com/privacy-and-te… doesn't work - it returns undeliverable as "generalenquiries" wasn't found. This is where I originally tried to report the website issue.

@CadentGasLtd It was eventually set up four hours later. However there is an issue on your website. Visiting/reload cadentgas.com/ratby sometimes works, sometimes gives 404. This is an issue on your servers that your website team need to resolve.
