I know texting can reduce human tone, but please make an effort to show excess emotions when showing gratitude through text. Typing "Thanks" to someone who sent you 50 thousand kwacha is underwhelming. I'm sure I'm not alone on this. "Thanks" is different from "Thank you so much"
