My last article of 2024 (it’s been a long one…) and it’s about one of the favourite games this year - Grunn. If you’re looking for a relaxing gardening experience, which is never creepy I swear, then you’ll enjoy this one.

After talking a look at Brighter Shores for @eurogamer, I found some things I really liked and others which I hope get further development. Looking forward to seeing how this MMO's journey through early access goes.

Took a look at Pokémon TCG during Gamescom for @eurogamer. It's shaping up to be an interesting reworking of the card game even with the focus very much being on collecting the cards themselves.

Keeping to my trend of mostly playing detective games this year, I reviewed Emio - The Smiling Man: Famicom Detective Club for @eurogamer Having played the remakes back in 2021, found this faithful adaption of the past games with a strong story. (Maybe a little too faithful.)

Hard to believe it’s been five years since I joined Eurogamer. During that time I’ve written reviews, features and an awful lot of guides. (And not all of them have been about Pokémon Go or Animal Crossing…) Looking forward to what comes next!
