The left can only win with melanin. Not merit. The Supreme Court just drove a stake through the heart of the Democrats’ sacred racial gerrymandering racket yesterday in Louisiana v. Callais, and the collective howl from the melanin-obsessed Left tells you everything you need to know about their true pathology: they are racists who cannot win without weaponizing skin color as electoral currency. Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act was never meant to enshrine proportional representation by race; it was a scalpel against intentional dilution of minority votes, not a blank check for the racial balkanization of congressional maps. Yesterday’s 6-3 ruling by Justice Alito simply restored the Constitution’s command of equal protection under the Fourteenth Amendment: you do not get to draw districts where race is the predominant factor, turning citizens into biological voting blocs and spitting on the color-blind ideal that animated the original civil-rights movement. The Democrats and their media mouthpieces are screeching that this “guts” the VRA. Translation: without the legal fiction that Black voters must be packed or cracked like cattle to guarantee Democratic seats, their entire electoral strategy collapses into the ash heap of meritless ideas. This is the soft bigotry of low expectations, weaponized into a governing philosophy. Democrats don’t believe Black Americans can be persuaded by policy, prosperity, or principle; they believe they can only be herded by melanin and grievance. It is racial essentialism dressed up as justice...the same contemptible mindset that once justified slavery, Jim Crow, and poll taxes, now inverted into affirmative gerrymandering and the quiet presumption that without racial carve-outs, “those people” simply cannot compete. The psychological projection is pathological: they call everyone else racist while their entire power model rests on the premise that skin pigment is destiny and Republican ideas are kryptonite to anyone with the wrong complexion. It is the politics of a dying cult that has substituted identity for intellect and now panics when the courts remind them the Constitution is not a racial spoils system. Philosophically, this is the final unmasking. The Left abandoned Martin Luther King’s dream of character over color decades ago in favor of a Marxist-derived racial determinism that treats voters as tribal pawns rather than sovereign individuals. They need the VRA as a crutch because their agenda...open borders, economic stagnation, cultural castration...cannot survive honest, color-blind scrutiny. Strip away the racial districting racket and suddenly they have to win the way free men and women always have: by offering better ideas, not by engineering demographic fortresses. And they know they can’t. That’s why the venom flows so thick today. Their house of cards, built on the quiet contempt that certain Americans are too stupid or too tribal to vote against their masters, is finally catching fire. The Supreme Court didn’t gut the Voting Rights Act. It gutted the Democratic Party’s last respectable pretense that they give a single solitary fuck about equality. What remains is the raw, ugly truth: they are the party of race above all, because without exploiting melanin they are electorally impotent. Pathetic. Contemptible. And now, exposed. If you’re arguing that “the Septuagint” or “the Dead Sea Scrolls,” both included certain books, and on that basis we must have those books in our Bibles today, then you have a big problem. Both “the Septuagint” and “the Dead Sea Scrolls” are mini-libraries — they include documents considered both scriptural and non-scriptural in their day. 

For example, the Letter of Aristeas, 3rd and 4th Maccabees, the Ascension of Isaiah, the Testament of Job, the Life of Adam and Eve, the Psalms of Solomon, and the Assumption of Moses are all part of the Septuagint collections. The Testaments of the Twelve Patriarchs, The Community Rule, recordings of the last words of Joseph, Judah, Levi, Naphtali, and Amram (the father of Moses) were amongst the Dead Sea Scrolls. Few (if any) of these books are considered scripture today by modern Christian or Jewish groups.

Both the Septuagint and the Dead Sea Scrolls are representative of ancient library collections — collections that contained scripture but that were not themselves wholly considered scripture. We today group them in these convenient categories with these helpful titles, but it is a misunderstanding to think of them as, or necessarily representative of, a single thing.

Trump did make those arguments, and they decided they believed Carroll.

The E. Jean Carroll case was built almost entirely on hearsay - Carroll’s word + what her friends claimed she told them decades earlier. Clinton-appointed Judge Kaplan even let the 2005 Access Hollywood tape (unrelated to Carroll) be played for the jury! No physical evidence of rape existed. No way to corroborate or refute witness testimony. This testimony would not even have been allowed in a criminal trial! The jury explicitly found: No rape occurred! Only after the verdict did Kaplan declare it was “rape” under some “common definition.” What a clown show. #lawfare Only in New York.

They will even remember the time, clothing they were wearing (that was in existence at that time) and a million other little details.
