The Plan to Help 35 Men See Their Six Pack With 4 Hours Per Week in The Gym It’s the most commonly asked question I get from people. Some variation of “How do I lose fat/get a six pack?” Even when I was working with elite Division 1 athletes, I’d swear some of them cared more about seeing their abs than training to win at their sport. A couple of years ago my best friend was asking me this question, and whether I thought it would be feasible to have “abs by December”. And how much sacrifice would it take him to get there. I decided to join him on the journey and since then I decided to relentlessly test different methods to achieve the same goal. All in pursuit of that elusive six pack. But that was just the beginning. The real challenge was to make it easy for anyone to follow with minimal inconvenience. So I ruthlessly simplified the process down to make it as close to foolproof as possible. - Minimal required time in the gym - No inconvenient or crazy diets - Improves overall health and longevity - Can be sustained for a long period of time It was a tricky balance to strike, no doubt. But this year I woke up the leanest I’d ever been (while doing the least amount of lifting I’d ever done and the best looking bloodwork I’ve had) Now the plan is to demonstrate that it works at scale. The Goal: Help 35 men be able to see their six pack in the next 6 months. With better health. With less time needed to train. With a sustainable system to keep the results. Here’s The Plan: 1. Share how I actually live out the Stacks Protocol myself No fancy reels, clickbait content or engagement farming. Just document what I do on a regular basis to stay in shape and enjoy life. The concept was born out of consistent simplicity, of doing only what is necessary; the content will reflect that. 2. Invite people to join the Sultan of Strong Squad on Skool This is where I’ll be sharing insights with members on a regular basis, along with answering questions so they can start making progress themselves and be able to join the Stacks Protocol. 3. Release a new workout each month to introduce people to my system Seeing the results is one thing, but nothing beats experience. Actually going through a real workout is where clients always feel the difference between what they know as “working out” and what actual effective training does for them. For a lot of people an upgrade in their training might be all it takes to get the results they want. I’d rather make that more accessible to people and only work more closely with those who are already initiated in the system and see the benefit to joining. The Rules: 1. We use Stacks, not splits. Simple checklists of actions to build consistency over time. We perfect the process to generate the results. Having stacks makes it easy to focus on accomplishing and ignoring the distractions the world presents. If you’re familiar with the whole abundance mindset, now we’re weaponizing it to make your abs pop. 2. We don’t do a lot of things, but we do a lot with the things we do. Each part of the stack is chosen because it’s a high leverage action. Maximum effect for minimum required energy. Economy of effort. That's why we place a limit of 4 hours in the gym per week as necessary to see results. It forces us to dial in on the things that matter and discard the ones that don't. This laser focus shortcuts the road to relative mastery, creates more powerful changes in clients, and instills pride in what they do. 3. Spots are capped I’ve found over the years that the most enjoyable, fun to work with clients were the ones who got “outlier” level results. This was because of two main factors: They were incredibly serious and dedicated to putting in the work, and I kept my workload limited so I could give maximum attention to the ones who cared the most. So I’m limiting myself to only working with the most concentrated and dedicated men. No wasted time on people who aren’t about it. Just like when we build our stacks; focus on as much effective action as possible. Stay tuned for updates along the way.

@Cernovich Lol because of your repost I went to his site, read it and signed up for the presale. Apparently someone isn't familiar with telling the origin story of a company as it's built/growing as a marketing strategy itself. Unfortunate, because it's a great tool for building a brand.

The environment shapes the work. Most people are trying to hit intensity in spaces that work against them.

People overcomplicate nutrition by restricting what they can't eat. I focus on eating more of the good stuff. When you fill up on what supports your goals, you crowd out what doesn't.

Addition instead of subtraction. Add what works to remove the space for what doesn’t. Work with your biology instead of against it.

The real separation happens in the unsexy moments when you execute anyway. When it's just you and the discomfort.

Most people quit when goals stop being inspiring. When it becomes just work. Tomorrow I'm sharing why that's exactly where you want to be. The link to join is in my bio.

I hit a PR last night on the Echo Bike. 20 miles in 58:30. Part of my 3000-mile "Echo Bike Across America" challenge for America's 250th birthday. Sounds patriotic and inspiring when you say it like that. The reality is me on an uncomfortable seat watching Mayor of Kingstown for almost an hour. Just grinding. The seat is brutally uncomfortable. But sometimes you just gotta do work. Steady, boring work capacity building. The "chopping wood and carrying water" type of stuff. Most people would quit when the romance wears off. When the goal stops being inspiring and starts being just work. That's where the real separation happens. Not in the sexy moments when you announce the goal. But in the unsexy moments when you execute it anyway. The basics aren't sexy. But they're effective.

Optimization isn't about maximizing everything. It's about maximizing the right thing. Context determines what's optimal.

The Turkish Get-up will teach you many things. Including that you can't fake your way through it. You either own the position or you don't.
