With Likely and Kolar moving on, Mark Andrews is only TE on the Ravens roster. There's obviously room for a FA, but the Ravens love double-dipping on TEs in the draft.

Mitchell immediately becomes a FA and he'll have no problem finding work. The original round tender would have cost the Ravens $3.5 million. Second-round tender would have been $5.8 million. Ravens opt to extend neither.

Wild move by the Ravens.
The very end of the final game was poorly managed but doesn't mean Harbaugh deserved to go. Injuries played a massive part in the Ravens struggles and Lamar clearly wasn't 100% all season.
