For being a $1,600 "professional slider" you'd think there'd be service support or replacement parts available. Probably gonna stop recommending SYRP to my audience sadly...If it breaks you're out of luck! 🤷‍♂️

@SyrpLab Hey I've been loving my SYRP Magic Carpet Pro for years now. But, the break/stopper just broke off while using it. I've contacted Vitec/Manfrotto and they said they cant repair SYRP products. I guess I'm out of luck and should just throw it away?
