@_takeajoke especially if therapy or other professional help is currently unaffordable or unobtainable, change one thing you do maybe once a week and add something another week, i started showering more often and using face soap to cull my acne and it makes me feel alot better afterwards

@_takeajoke you’ll barely have the energy to even leave your room let alone fix yourself if everyone around you feels like they could fall apart at any moment, the best way to atleast help yourself without exhausting yourself is by doing very small things and gradually working up

serious talk but is it evil when u stop trying to help someone because they don't put effort in trying to help themselves. like I don't want to make it about myself but they don't seem to want to be better so you just kinda stop trying to help them cause its not gonna do anything
