Maresca was a shields reccomendation + impressed in interviews with Winstanley and Stewart, Rosenior was Winstanley and Stewart reccomendation + not many options to go for mid season as they did not expect Maresca to turn around and walk away. I think this will be the first time Fallows will be involved as an influntial figure in a manager hunt.
