Marathon was a horrible idea for a game and its gonna die if you been around for a long time you know what will make it and what wont the streamers push it and act like its a good game because they are forced to act that way do they actually like it probably only a tad bit that game will be totally dead and shut down within a year guarantee it and the people who bought it wont get refunds willing to bet this

Marathon aint for me and shoutout to everyone who loves it but i will say this new marathon cyro map thingy with that boss and PvP peaks my interest HEAVILY

can confirm crimson desert has AI generated background images. They didn't even bother to hide it or use better art which makes me wonder if it's a placeholder or they legit thought people would be stupid enough not to tell

All the complaints about Crimson Desert are from weirdos and people who don’t like this genre of game. It has some issues like controls but it’s easily learned. The game is fantastic. Combat is fun, bosses are tough and exploration is massive. Don’t listen to these fools

CRIMSON DESERT is truly one of the worst games I've played. Its open world is terrible with literally NOTHING to do in it besides clearing out bandit camps. Most NPCs are static and just stand around 24/7. Nothing organic happening ever. Garbage missions. 3/10.

From the footage shown before release, I could already tell Crimson Desert was shaping up to be more of a technical demo than a fully realized game. That it would feel like an MMO in everything but name. That the story would barely be there. And people went for my throat over it. And I get it, when a game you’re excited about doesn’t meet expectations, it stings. But pretending criticism comes out of nowhere, or that people are just “hating,” isn’t helping anyone. A lot of us are just saying: manage your expectations. We literally had this debate weeks ago: does story matter in games? And yeah, gameplay is important. But for most players, no amount of systems or content will keep them around if there’s no story to anchor it. If anything, this should be a reminder that hype culture is toxic, for players and studios. Because when something looks too good to be true… it usually is.

Yeah @CrimsonDesert_ probably the worst combat mechanics ever experienced in a video game. Im in the first real first boss fight and all the flaws are present fuck this game. Spent 8 yrs making it and no one bothered to play test it.
