Earlier today I was encouraged to make a funding page to kickstart my Home Service business due to being laid off for 3 months now with no luck finding a job. I’m not one to ask for handouts, I work my ass off to make my earnings. And I know you all do too. That’s why every donation will be used very wisely towards business expenses to help it grow. Facebook business page is already working for leads! I had 2 calls this evening, one for weekly lawn care and one for another junk removal job! @TheTopRepost I’ve paid for Facebook ads a few times with no real luck. Starting my second year now and getting calls daily, line up as much work as you can because the phone doesn’t ring in June because of weddings/graduations/vacations.

@AllegedlyDrew As someone who is just starting my own business, that’s a tough one! Six figures is hard to pass up for sure! If you don’t plan on expanding your business to exceed six figures, it may be worth taking the job. Just my 2 cents

A new construction startup offered me a job. 6 figure salary and includes a new Ford F-350…. I’ve enjoyed being 100% self employed but this is so hard to pass up. HELP ME 😭😭😭

So far this week for my business I've: - Read and continue to read suggestions and comments! - Secured business insurance - Built a simple website and made it live - Created a Facebook presence along with joining a ton of FB communities - Set up a google business profile for reviews and presence - Ordered business cards and door hangars - Put business vinyl signs on my truck and trailer - Secured a landscape job and a junk removal job Now, I just need more work to pay for all of that lol

@TheTopRepost You'll be the expert giving everyone advice next. Just dont sell your service short. My husband was laid off after 17 years many many years ago so he started a handyman business. While he got quite busy, he charged very little.
