For all the people who need this. How to Reset your Vagus Nerve. Sit upright facing forward. Turn your head slowly all the way to the right, noting any stiffness or pain. Return the head to the centre. Turn your head all the way to the left, noting any stiffness or pain. Return your head to the centre. Keeping your head facing forward,  place both hands behind your head, elbows out. Slowly look as far right as you can with your eyes only. Neck and head still facing front. Remain in this position until you yawn or sigh. Now repeat this to the left.  Lower your arms and slowly turn your head to the right. Pain and stiffness will be greatly improved and you will be able to turn your head more easily. Repeat to the left.

Mitochondrial research is the most interesting thing I’ve come across maybe ever. Ketogenic research and mold toxicity and psych med injury is all fascinating (and some of it horrible) but it all seems to converge on mitochondrial dysfunction. The research coming out in this area is revolutionary.
William A. Wallace, Ph.D.@WilliamWallace

Your urge to sleep may not start with neurotransmitters. A study published in Nature found that sleep pressure builds from mitochondrial electron leak in specific brain cells, and when the leak crosses a threshold, sleep fires.

@The_Fish01 @CofRedCentral Agree 100% . CSEC was willing to build the whole stadium with their own money. All they wanted was the land and the government to pay for the land reclamation (which needs to be done regardless) it was a good deal for the city. 3 birds one stone

🚨Breaking: the Toronto Star is being sued for failing to publicly reveal that according to the RCMP, and according to this lawsuit, Justin Trudeau was watching kiddie p0rn. Holly f❗️

Jeff Brown@JeffBrownEnreal

I JUST SUED THE TORONTO STAR FOR FAILING TO PUBLICLY REVEAL INFORMATION SHARED BY THE RCMP RE: JUSTIN TRUDEAU AND UNDERAGE PORN After much reflection, I finally decided to begin my litigation process related to events arising from the experiences I wrote about in 'In Trudeau's Kitchen'. I'm not even talking about the more specific details/consequences I shared in 'In Trudeau's Kitchen.' (i.e. how the Star may have been negligent with respect to not telling my story). Those will be explored soon. I'm talking about the bigger picture consequences of media not sharing important details about political leadership with the citizenry. Oh, how we suffer in their absence. In this case, I begin with something shared with me (2021)  by then Toronto Star Journalist Robert Cribb, to the effect that the RCMP had informed them that then Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was watching kiddie porn (underage porn) on his devices. It was their job to witness him, in order to ensure his devices weren't compromised by a foreign power. When asked (2022) if this story was going to go public, Cribb confirmed that the original source was credible, and affirmed that the story was coming ('where there's smoke, there's fire.'). It never came, and I believe it should have. I have struggled with this, and various other things shared with me by media, for a long time. At the link below is the filing itself, for anyone interested in following the story. It is for the court to decide, but it is my view that the Star, particularly in a situation where they are receiving funds from the government, had a fiduciary duty to bring this information to the Canadian public. It is surely in the public interest, and sharing it may well have made a huge difference with respect to cultivating the best outcome for Canadians. I explain more of my view in the documents. @dkennedyglans @MelanieBennet_ @TheMenzoid @ezralevant @scoopercooper @CandiceMalcolm @DavidKrayden @RealAndyLeeShow @LichTamara @JaneBrownNews @AlexpiersonAMP @cbcwatcher dropbox.com/scl/fi/2bywhzf…

Some Very Important and Very Troubling examples as to why we need to invest more into law enforcement⬇️
Chief Katie McLellan@CPS_Chief

Every Calgarian should be concerned about the number of child abuse cases currently under investigation in our city. I spoke to the Calgary Police Commission last month about how these files are among the most complex, traumatic, and resource‑intensive cases we handle. Each case represents not just a criminal act, but a profound breach of trust and safety for our most vulnerable citizens. The toll these investigations take is significant. It impacts our officers, our civilian specialists, our support teams and of course, the families who rely on us for justice and protection. The emotional weight of these cases is real and it is carried quietly but relentlessly by the people who work them. In this case, that's 15 detectives who are currently assigned to the Child Abuse Unit, with nine spots currently vacant. Alongside our partners at Luna Child and Youth Advocacy Centre, those detectives are assigned, on average, 45 files a month. That's 45 of our youngest and most vulnerable being victimized each month. It's also happening online. Our Internet Child Exploitation team tackles this issue every day. Nearly 700 files have already come into this team. That's just for Southern Alberta, and we're not even in April yet. This is indefensible. In addition to these deeply concerning trends, we're also seeing the growing impact of human trafficking in our city; an issue that is often hidden in plain sight. Human trafficking is not confined to major urban centres elsewhere. It's happening right here in Calgary, affecting both adults and youth who are coerced, exploited and stripped of their safety and dignity. Our Counter Exploitation Team continues to uncover cases where vulnerable individuals are being manipulated through violence, addiction, financial control and online recruitment. These investigations are complex, dangerous and urgently require the specialized resources necessary to identify victims early, support them safely and hold traffickers accountable. This is not just a policing issue; it's a human rights issue, and one that demands sustained investment and collaboration across our entire community.

Calgarians are facing real tax pressure this year. Council held the municipal tax hike to a modest 1.81%, but achieved it by overriding the reserves policy and raiding $50 million from investment income instead of cutting waste and non-essential programs. With our significant infrastructure debt, continuing to raid savings going forward is not sustainable fiscal responsibility as a way to manage tax increases. We need real spending restraint focused only on core services, along with a constructive relationship with the provincial government going forward.

Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms@JCCFCanada

Through Bill C-22, the federal government tells electronic service providers: "We're coming for Canadians' internet data, you're going to make it easy for us, and mum's the word." Bill C-22, introduced in Parliament on March 12, would enact the Supporting Authorized Access to Information Act. This legislation will establish significant federal government control over internet platforms (like Google or X), over telecommunications and internet providers (like Telus or Rogers), and over anyone else providing an electronic service in Canada. That's a long list indeed. If C-22 passes, the federal government will be empowered to order electronic service providers to develop capacity for extracting and organizing information for government or law enforcement review, to install devices that allow government and law enforcement to access information, and to retain metadata for up to one year. In addition, the government can order electronic service providers to keep requests for information secret. This legislation is about compelling electronic service providers to surrender Canadians' information to the federal government. The federal government is not coming for Canadians' internet search histories or social media activities (yet). Information later. Infrastructure now. And that's precisely what C-22 is: legislative and regulatory infrastructure designed to facilitate a vast flow of information from electronic service providers to government and law enforcement. Tell your MP that surveillance of law-abiding citizens will not be tolerated in Canada. Find your MP here: ourcommons.ca/Members/en/sea… Read the full text of C-22 here: parl.ca/DocumentViewer… Read internet and privacy expert Michael Geist's (@mgeist) analysis of C-22 here: michaelgeist.ca/2026/03/a-tale…

@Landonforward14 @Wakeup60885963 The grift continues. The 215 Kamloops claim has been withdrawn. This shouldn't cost money to move shoes. Like seriously, who comes up with these totals? And previous Council should be help criminally liable for fraudulent activity like this.

Your money was allocated by the last council. The City of Calgary’s current allocated budget for the Indian Residential School Memorial project is up to $7.5 million. In 2022, Council approved an initial investment of $1 million in capital funding towards a permanent memorial site replacing the temporary memorial site and in response to Call to Action #82 in the White Goose Flying report to establish a monument (C2021-1436). Additional capital budget and funding of $6.5 million was approved by Council on 2025 June 3 as part of the 2025 high priority infrastructure investments (C2025-0397) from the Capital Cost Escalation Fund.
