Tide and Tide Minus will not be supportable anymore. Avoiding the LGPLv3 requirement and releasing that in App Store builds would be too much of a risk. We would need a GPL and LGPL-respecting FLOSS AppStore, much like F-Droid and similar equivalents.

It's not a "lights out" yet, but I am unsure about sharing Tide IDE further down in the App Store on Apple devices. I can still improve it for my own needs and go along for some time but I am not willing to share something through means that unnecessarily cost money.
