Nelly snags 7th place in the 1600m. Mia is up next in the 800 soon.

Girls 4x800 relay got 11th… Mia and Nelly are back on the track to run the 1600 soon.

Angel finished in 11th with some solid attempts, Girls 4x800 runs in about an hour.
