@TravelGuard Total BS. I bought a policy to travel to Israel that was sold to me as no questions asked ability to cancel. Spent $600 on it. I filed the claim and it was denied. I requested the recording of the sales call and have received nothing, not even a call. Going to go to court.

@travelguard #travelguard is a joke of a insurance. American Airlines canceled my flight last second as I was at the airport and it was not due to weather. Idc why American canceled it. I was out a $1,000 for upgraded seats/bags/tickets. I purchased travel guard insurance and they don’t give me any money back because they said the flight was canceled due to crew issues on people not showing up for work and the fine print doesn’t cover crew issues. Like are you kidding me what’s the point of getting insurance they don’t cover canceled flights regardless of why🤡 Luke Peterson is a joke. Never do any business with Expedia or Luke Peterson at this company. They are crooks. Typical insurance agency. And @Expedia isn’t any better they never offered to reimburse me any money either. Never using Expedia again because they use travel guard insurance. Zero point having insurance offer on your website if the insurance company isn’t going to help the customers🤡
