Our vets touch rugby team are training tomorrow night on tredegar leisure centre 3G 8-9 all are welcome for a run around

The 2nd vets session was a great day yesterday the social was even better!! Next date for training is Sunday 26th November at 2:30 all are welcome

@TrefilRFC Hi there, what would you class as a veteran (I'm 36 but can't play contact rugby anymore), and is it walking rugby or fully paced?

Yesterday saw the start of our veterans touch rugby team. Our next session is October 21st at 3pm followed by a team bonding session in the club house. Contact Robin if you’re interested or simply turn up!

Preseason training starts Tuesday 5th July at 6:30 on the Deighton old and new players are more than welcome. We have a new coaching structure so let’s support the lads for a big prep
