This is Democrat Judge Matthew Barrett. He put elderly Gold Star Mom Tina Peters in prison for 9 years, effectively a life sentence, for the “crime” of exposing Democrat Jena Griswold’s election fraud. His unconstitutionally cruel and unusual sentence was just thrown out by an appeals court. Judge Barrett should be impeached.

During a traffic stop, a man is frisked and a female officer notices a concealed firearm strapped to the mans waist, on attempting to remove the firearm, she causes the weapon to discharge striking the man in the thigh, the female officer seems in shock and doesn't say anything to the man, however the Sergeant who's with her apologies several times. Do you think it's a lack of her training and experience that caused this incident ? I am surprised she didn't utter an apology, she did look extremely confused.

We have all parked in a parking garage before and driven to the unmanned booth and inserted our ticket to pay our toll to leave, but what would you do if this happened? You really are at the mercy of the automated ticket machine once you are there. You can’t go forward or backwards because someone is almost always behind you, but the machine reads your ticket wrong. Lilly had only been in the parking garage for the afternoon, but the ticket reader charged her for 143 days. Lilly paid the almost $4000 to get out of the garage and then contacted the garage management who has refused to refund her. They said she shouldn’t have paid it and it’s her fault, not theirs.
