Nika Shakarami, 17, was arrested during #IranProtests after burning her headscarf. After a week security forces delivered her dead body to her family w/ her nose fully smashed & her skull broken with multiple blows.

Russia is a terrorist country. I don't know why the world is slow to recognize it. We liberated Izium. Over 400 graves were found in the forest next to it. How many tortured Ukrainians are there is unknown. How many more of our people must die so that all finally figured it out?

@DehraMcGuireMD Evolution also had figured out a great model where 1/5 women died in childbirth and people died young of easily treated diseases… so maybe there are some benefits to modern medicine.

A ballet soloist of the National Opera of Ukraine Oleksandr Shapovalov was killed on the front line.
In February, after a full-scale russian invasion, he took up arms and became an ordinary soldier. The stars of the stage fade over time. Oleksandr's star will shine eternally.

In 2019, the University of New Mexico’s neurosurgery residency program lost its accreditation.
It took 23 NPs/PAs to replace the work of 8 residents… at ~5x the cost for the institution.

The little girl met her father, who returned from the battlefield. These emotions are incredible. In this video without translation, it is clear how much the kid was waiting for her dad. The Russians are stealing a normal childhood from Ukrainian children #WarInUkraine

@MelissaMyersMD @AcademicSurgery If it’s a trauma, some criteria were met. The bill is now high with/without the underwear cost. Second, E/exposure is part of the primary survey. We don’t know if they are stable/going to stay stable yet. If we do, don’t activate the trauma.
Cut clothes off. Get 2 warm blankets.
