Quick question for neuroscientists: In a dream, we interact with other people and entities we have no control over and can't understand their POV. If all of this is our brain creating everything, why don't we 'see' from their perspective inside the dream?

Sure you go with that, I sat in a pew for 30 some years listening to homilies and not a one I can recall violated the words of Jesus in order to make his point. Honestly this is the same thing Eve did in the garden- she added to the words God gave them and the serpent jumped. He uses slight deviations to tear apart our relationship with the Lord.
