@nationaltrust I never thought I'd cry over a tree, but seeing it lying on the floor in the news reports made me so incredibly sad and angry. All that history.

We are shocked and desperately saddened to learn that the famous Sycamore Gap tree at Hadrian's Wall has been felled overnight, in what appears to be an act of vandalism. We know just how much this iconic tree is loved locally, nationally and by everyone who has visited. We are working with our partners to understand what has happened and what can be done. The incident has also been reported to the police.

I'm back to creating marketing & communications content this year - and I can't wait. In that spirit, here's a very short showreel capturing a few of the projects I've worked on over the years...

My #socialmedia students had to compare one day of #alwayson content with ongoing scheduled organic posts while running a #Twitter channel for a local music show... massive difference when they put just two hours aside to create content in #realtime
