Omo, I still remember how my boyfriend would send his last money just so I could eat. I checked his phone one day and saw how, whenever he was broke, he’d quietly ask his best friend for money — all because he never wanted to say NO to me. Even when he was at his lowest and I needed money for school, he set his own needs aside and solved mine first. He even got me a new phone when his own was malfunctioning. This guy is truly my angel in human form

What hurt the most wasn’t even that she left—it was realizing I was part of her survival story, not her future, and the moment she no longer needed saving, she stopped needing me too.
