There is a myth, very widely held in Labour, that we achieved an huge popular victory in 2024 under Starmer. In fact we won 9.7 million votes, over 3 million fewer than in 2017 and half a million less than the 'disastrous' 2019 poll. We won because the Tories imploded in 2024.

Harassment and falsifying medical notes are criminal offences. To be found guilty of a crime you face arrest, gathering of evidence and a trial by judge and jury of peers. If found guilty this is based upon a beyond all reasonable doubt principle. Civil and tribunal cases are not as strict evidentially and use a balance of probability principle. Despite this, ‘balance’ means exactly that. Listen to both sides and weigh up the evidence. During my MPTS tribunal which spanned nearly 4 years I was not arrested, continued to work continuously even up until the week before strike off. No interim suspension, no restrictions on my practice and no concerns expressed about my clinical acumen, negligence or patient complaints. They dismissed ALL of my witnesses, barred the full use of my thorough sentence by sentence rebuttal and misrepresented the charges such as ‘falsified records/issued vaccine exemption certificates’ as well as me ‘not furnishing the tribunal with any rebuttal’ for one of the five cases despite me having read receipts from this submission to GMC and MPTS legal personnel. How can you reach a balance of probability decision when my half of the balance was ignored/lost/misrepresented/banned?? My strike off is one of the most sinister, corrupt and downright shady tribunal hearings I’ve ever come across and have studied many. Where is the proportionality of erasure while multitudes of negligent, criminal, sex and drug offending doctors walk away with slaps to the wrist? As per my pinned tweet one of my ‘victims’ was beyond all reasonable doubt a bully, online troll and harasser and abused me on a scale that led simply to unwise retaliation upon heavy baiting and provocation by a campaign of coordinated online harassment led by my ‘victim’. Because of this decision I have subsequently been put on a DBS list banning work with children and vulnerable adults, a list for convicted criminals despite no crime committed or conviction of me. Finally culminating in a ban from ALL football activities. Activities of which the vast majority are not subject to dbs check requirements such as playing and refereeing veteran matches! I HATE injustice. I HATE bullies. I HATE corruption. I need help to undo all of this. And I’m not sure what help that even is! I need public eyes on this case as if they can stitch a good doctor up like this for dissent it can happen to ANYONE in this dystopian world we are rapidly becoming. It’s made me so ill.
