Off at a lower interest rate into a higher rate 20 year term...buyer beware of @loanDepot

Do not use @loanDepot for any type of refinancing. They use bait and switch tactics offering a 5 + 5 home equity, or at least they say they do until you find out that's not the case after a credit run...two weeks of jerking around and they want me to add a loan that's almost paid
