Week 1 of formal Wutan Bajiquan training complete! Wutan is a school that augments your Bajiquan with other martial arts, starting with Zhongyiquan. Homework was to record a 基本八式 Ji Ben Ba Shi (a mini taolu of stance transitions) and the 弓馬捶慢磨 Gong Ma Chuei power drill.

Working 6pm til 4am as a favour at work but it's kinda slow on the night shift so I decided to buy a game for my phone. Apparently I haven't purchased a game on android since 2013 lmao. Got Slay The Spire. Pretty fun and I can drop it at a moments notice and not lose progress

Thank you Brooklyn Arcade and Haya for Super Choya Cup 6 and for all the great VF memories at your location!🙇 The VF community is a diverse group. Due to the nature of competition, it is not surprising there will be heated moments & disputes. I hope these issues can be resolved in a mature & civil manner. If anything, I hope personal grievances can be put aside and not overshadow the celebration of the last Virtua Fighter event at Brooklyn Arcade. Many out-of-state players travelled to New York for this, recognizing Brooklyn Arcade's role in North America's VF scene.
