As someone who was frequently bullied as an autistic kid, the thing is there are usually ZERO options. All the adults in the room see it as fair game. If I were on this jury I'd push for jury nullification tbh. Extreme? Sure. Illegal? Of course. But y'all don't understand how badly autistic kids are bullied and what kind of life-long trauma that causes. Normalize this shit so that parents raise their kids not to traumatize others.
